Automatic Exemption from Military Registration by Age

By: delo.ua|2026/09/11 08:48:34

Military personnel and reservists who have reached the maximum age for remaining in reserve will be automatically removed from military registration in the "Oberig" registry. There is no need to personally visit the TCC and SP. The maximum age is 60 years for most military personnel and 65 years for senior officers, including brigadier generals and admirals. The "Oberig" registry checks the date of birth and rank daily, and upon reaching the appropriate age, the exemption occurs automatically. Notification of the status change is sent to the "Reserv+" app, where it is necessary to update the military registration document. If the status remains "On Record", reauthorization is required. Automatic exemption does not cancel previously recorded violations, which are regulated separately. Fines can be paid online in "Reserv+". Each violation is considered individually, and cases of non-appearance due to mobilization orders are resolved only through a personal visit to the TCC and SP. "Reserv+" continues to develop as the main communication channel between the state and military personnel.
