CoinShares launches on-chain asset management strategy based on Railnet, supported by Kiln

CoinShares announced a partnership with institutional-grade on-chain yield infrastructure provider Kiln to launch the first on-chain asset management strategy using its Railnet protocol, integrating DeFi protocol yields with RWA yields into a single compliant product.

It is reported that this strategy is managed by CoinShares under the regulations of AIFMD, MiFID, and MiCA, covering DeFi lending, institutional collateralized bonds, tokenized bond funds, and bond ETF yields, as well as neutral basis strategies, and achieving cross-market, cross-scenario allocation and auditable risk control framework through Railnet.
