Researchers from the Ethereum research forum, led by Pierre, have proposed a new privacy pool scheme that features faster proof generation speeds, aggregability, and quantum resistance. This scheme adapts a Tornado Cash-like privacy pool to the hash-based SNARK system Flock, potentially offering post-quantum security and utilizing SHA-256. The proposal replaces large circuits with small 'single compression' circuits, significantly enhancing efficiency.
