Meeting of Victims Regarding Zondacrypto, Discussing Kral's Assets
On October 21, the first meeting concerning the collapse of Zondacrypto took place in Warsaw, organized by Damian Przybyłowski, Chairman of the Creditors' Committee. The meeting was attended by Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek and Estonian trustee Margus Lentsius. The transfer of information about the assets of BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of Zondy, as established by the Polish prosecutor's office, was discussed. Przybyłowski emphasized the need for concrete actions so that the trustee could determine the location of the assets and take steps to recover them. The discussion also included determining the extent of the damages suffered by Zondacrypto clients, highlighting the differences between bankruptcy and criminal proceedings. In bankruptcy proceedings, claims are calculated based on the value of the funds in the client's wallet on the date of bankruptcy declaration, i.e., August 27, 2026. The trustee has no contact with Przemysław Kral or his lawyer, raising doubts about the assets that could satisfy the clients' claims. Przybyłowski expects clear information regarding the assets and the possibility of their verification by the trustee.
