Netanyahu to Meet Trump to Discuss Iran and ICC Matters
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced during a cabinet meeting that he will travel to Washington on July 27 to meet with President Trump at his invitation and attend a memorial service for Senator Lindsey Graham. Netanyahu stated that he will discuss all issues on the current agenda with Trump, including the situation in Iran. Regarding the dismissal of International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan, Netanyahu pointed out that the voting results revealed allegations of sexual harassment against multiple female subordinates and that he had pushed for arrest warrants against himself and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Netanyahu believes this action is intended to divert attention, unite Israel's enemies, and provide a shield for himself. Additionally, Netanyahu spoke with Secretary of State Rubio, who indicated that the U.S. intends to take strong action against the International Criminal Court.
