Pineapple Financial Migrates Over $10 Billion in Loans to Injective, Completes Over $1 Billion Record on Chain

Pineapple Financial has migrated over $1 billion in residential mortgage loan records to the Injective blockchain, with plans to ultimately migrate more than 29,000 loans, totaling over $10 billion in value. Each loan corresponds to a record on the chain and has not been repackaged into new mortgage-backed securities. These records contain over 500 data points to support verification, audit trails, and risk analysis. Currently, the number of migrated records stands at 2,079, up from 1,259 at the project's launch in December 2025. The market value of PAPL0 assets is approximately $1.1 billion, with tokens representing mortgage loan records, not ownership of the underlying loans. Additionally, Pineapple Financial's collaboration with Injective includes a $100 million Injective digital asset treasury, from which Pineapple Financial stakes INJ, with Kraken serving as the primary validator.
