XRP ETF Attracts $12.3 Million in Capital, but Analysis Indicates Limited Demand

The XRP ETF is attracting institutional capital, recording an inflow of $12.3 million on September 9, following $1.55 million the day before and $5.14 million on September 10. Over the week, the XRP ETF had only one day of capital outflow, which sets it apart from competing funds like the Bitcoin ETF, which saw outflows of $282.70 million on September 9. The total inflow to the XRP ETF since its launch is approximately $1.68 billion. Despite the positive results, a detailed analysis indicates that inflows are concentrated in individual products, such as the Franklin XRP ETF, which accounted for the majority of the positive flows. Limited demand suggests that investor interest may be narrow, requiring a more even distribution of capital in the future.
