What's Lazy Summer (SUMR) Coin
Lazy Summer is a project built on the Base Chain that introduces an innovative Staking v2 mechanism. This token economic model is specifically designed to incentivize long-term engagement by allowing users to lock up tokens. In exchange, stakers receive a direct share of the protocol's revenue (if any) alongside staking rewards in the native $SUMR token.
This strategic design encourages users to extend their lock-up periods, effectively reducing the number of tokens in circulation to support ecosystem stability. Furthermore, the protocol enforces a penalty system where users who unstake their tokens early forfeit a portion of their holdings. These forfeited tokens automatically flow into the DAO and are added to the community-allocated balance, reinforcing the project's decentralized growth.
