9706 Companies Included in the List of Taxpayers with High Compliance Levels
The State Tax Service has included 9706 companies and entrepreneurs in a new List of Taxpayers with High Levels of Voluntary Compliance with Tax Legislation, marking the largest number of participants since the list's inception. Compared to August 2025, the number of participants has increased by nearly 36%. The eighth list includes 9132 legal entities and 574 individual entrepreneurs (FOPs). Among the legal entities, 5068 operate under the general taxation system, 1873 are single tax payers of group IV, 1707 are of group III, and 484 have the status of residents of Action City. Among the entrepreneurs, 501 FOPs are under the single tax of group III and 73 FOPs are under the general system. From January to June 2026, the participants of the list paid 192.7 billion UAH in taxes to the consolidated budget, accounting for 16.23% of all tax revenues during this period. The State Tax Service plans to publish the approved list on September 18, and information messages about inclusion were sent to taxpayers on September 1. Taxpayers who do not wish for their information to be made public can submit an electronic notification to the tax authorities. After the list is approved, the State Tax Service will also publish average industry indicators for each type of economic activity.
