Oil and Fat Plant for Sale in Dnipropetrovsk Region for $4.2 Million
In the Samara district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, an operating full-cycle oil and fat plant for processing sunflower seeds is up for sale. The plant has a capacity of up to 200 tons of raw materials per day, and the price for a 100% stake in the business is estimated at $4.2 million, with room for reasonable negotiation. The facility is being sold free of debts and loans. The factory occupies a plot of 5.55 hectares and has a building area of 7,670 square meters. The technological cycle includes reception, cleaning, pressing, extraction, and coagulation. With a current load of 160 tons per day (80% of capacity), the annual production volumes are: sunflower processing - 40-44 thousand tons, oil production - up to 18.9 thousand tons, and meal production - up to 17.6 thousand tons. The warehouse complex is designed to store 3 thousand tons of sunflower seeds, 1 thousand tons of oil, 450 tons of meal, and 300 tons of husk. In 2024-2026, a large-scale upgrade was carried out at the enterprise, ensuring energy independence. The plant is ready for the new season by September 15, 2026. The enterprise employs 66 staff members.
