ProCap Financial Sells Approximately 50 Bitcoins to Repurchase Over 2% of Outstanding Shares at a Discount
ProCap Financial has announced the sale of approximately 50 Bitcoins, with the proceeds used to repurchase over 2% of its outstanding shares at a price approximately 40% below the net asset value (NAV). Since the initiation of the stock repurchase program, the total shares repurchased have accounted for about 10% of the outstanding shares. As of the market close, ProCap Financial still holds approximately 5,305 Bitcoins and will continue to assess opportunities for stock repurchases when the share price is significantly discounted relative to NAV.
