Prosecutor General Kravchenko Denies Allegations of Covering Up Call Centers
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko has denied his involvement in covering up illegal call centers and laundering money from their activities in the NABU and SAP case "Carthage." He stated that the recordings from NABU do not confirm his guilt and are merely conversations. Kravchenko also commented on the origins of his property and family expenses, assuring that all of them comply with the law and declared income. He explained that discussions about repairs and equipment are related to a rented house of 280 square meters, into which his family moved on May 1, 2026. Kravchenko noted that his wife handled the paperwork for obtaining an American visa independently, and the new laptop was not purchased by her. In connection with the NABU investigation, the main suspect Sergey Kropyva, deputy head of the department of international legal cooperation of the Prosecutor General's Office, mentioned a "boss" with the patronymic Andreevich, like Kravchenko. According to Bihus.Info, the Prosecutor General's house, with an area of about 300 square meters, officially belongs to a 73-year-old woman who registered an individual entrepreneur just a month ago. On September 4, NABU reported a special operation to expose a criminal organization led by an employee of the Prosecutor General's Office. During searches, facts of receiving illegal benefits from fraudulent call centers were revealed among Kravchenko and his deputies.
