Ripple will bring together representatives from BlackRock and the IMF at the Swell 2026 conference to be held in New York on October 27. The event will also feature the Apex blockchain program. The market is focused on whether the XRP Ledger infrastructure will become the standard for institutional capital and the impact of Wall Street participation on pricing. Franklin Templeton has accelerated its investment in the ecosystem by purchasing $3.55 million worth of XRP ETF shares. XRP has stabilized in the range of $1.32 to $1.33. The $1.40 level is being monitored in the markets. Institutional interest is directed towards liquidity solutions in Ripple's infrastructure and applications of artificial intelligence. Ripple will present how the RLUSD stablecoin can be scaled within the On Demand Liquidity system. Binance plans to distribute 600,000 XRP to RLUSD holders. With its agreement with Switzerland-based Arf, Ripple aims to offer a settlement time of 1 to 5 days for cross-border payments based on RLUSD. Swell 2026 presents an opportunity for Ripple to demonstrate that its technology is ready for global use cases.
