Accelevation, Data Center Provider, Goes Public
Accelevation filed its IPO application on September 2 with the U.S. regulator for a listing on Nasdaq. Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and Bank of America are leading the operation, reflecting investor appetite for companies related to AI. Accelevation designs, manufactures, and installs the interior framework of data centers, including electrical distribution and liquid cooling. The company controls the entire production chain, allowing it to respond quickly to the growing demand for AI. In 2025, its revenue reached $448 million, up from $181 million the previous year, with a net profit of $21.8 million. Its order book stood at $1.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, nearly 2.5 times its annual revenue. Although Accelevation is not a technology player in the strict sense, its clients include hyperscalers and colocation operators, drawing an increasing share of its revenue from AI. The ACCV stock will be listed on Nasdaq, but no date or price range has been provided.
