DayOne Data Centers Reevaluates U.S. IPO Plans, May Delay or Scale Down
DayOne Data Centers is reevaluating its U.S. IPO plans, potentially delaying the listing or scaling down the offering size. The Singapore-based DayOne has been waiting for the right moment to launch the IPO, considering postponing the issuance until the market stabilizes. Other options include reducing the offering size to raise between $2.5 billion and $3 billion, about half of the initial target. DayOne is still in discussions with potential investors, hoping to advance the listing as soon as market conditions allow. The company initially considered raising up to $5 billion through an IPO as early as the fourth quarter, with a target valuation of around $20 billion. Discussions are still ongoing, and DayOne has not made a final decision, with the possibility of moving forward with the IPO in the coming weeks. DayOne declined to comment.
