Ramp Plans to Raise $1 Billion, Valuation May Reach $60 Billion
Fintech startup Ramp is in negotiations with investors for a new round of funding, with the company's valuation expected to reach approximately $60 billion. If the deal is finalized, Ramp's valuation will increase by about 36% from the previous $44 billion within three months. The financing aims to raise around $1 billion, and negotiations are still ongoing, with specific terms subject to change. Founded in 2019, Ramp primarily provides services such as expense management, payment processing, and AI fraud detection for businesses. In June of this year, the company completed a $750 million funding round, bringing its total funding to approximately $3 billion.
