Strive Expands Holdings by Purchasing an Additional 1,375 BTC, Totaling 24,531 BTC

On the 8th, publicly listed Strive announced that it had purchased an additional 1,375 BTC of Bitcoin between August 31 and September 4. The average acquisition cost, including fees and expenses, was $79,281 per BTC, bringing the total cost to $109 million. As a result, its total holdings reached 24,531 BTC. In last week's fundraising, the variable-rate preferred stock SATA issued by the company accounted for 70% of the total amount raised, and the balance based on the number of issued shares expanded to $999 million. Additionally, cash and cash equivalents stood at $206 million as of September 4, an increase of $19.1 million from $183.5 million on August 28. Strive also reported that it had purchased an additional 1,800 BTC on August 31, with an acquisition cost of approximately $79,431 per BTC, including fees.
